What are Bulk Meeting Hours?

Bulk Meeting Hours are a one-of-a-kind mobility solution from the portfolio, which allows you to pre-book meeting rooms for a Liberate number of hours, redeemable at any Awfis location, across the network. Once you opt for Bulk Meeting Hours, you define the number of hours which you or any member of your team can redeem over a period of 6 months to conduct meetings at any of 4 or 6-seater meeting rooms.
Besides the convenience and flexibility, this also offers you complimentary access to the network of Awfis centres. There’s an on-site community manager and centre team to help with any other requirements too.

Who can find the Bulk Meeting Hours useful?

This is meant for all businesses from SMEs and startups to large corporates. The meeting rooms are available across cities at various convenient locations and can be used by any member of your team while traveling or for off-site conferences and meetings.
  • Corporates can sign up for the Bulk Meeting Hours for their teams on the ground. Conducting business interactions at multiple locations in a city or across the country are made simple with this offering. The flexibility to walk into any of our conveniently located centres, to conduct a meeting, spread across key cities makes it a much-needed solution for the behemoths.
  • For entrepreneurs and startups, this product offering not just allows them to conduct key business meetings but also lends a professional face while conducting businesses with potential clients and investors.

How do I access meeting rooms post purchase?

Once you have purchased any of the Bulk Meeting Hours variant, redeeming your hours is a very simple process.
  • The meeting hours will reflect in your Awfis profile (both in App and on the desktop version) as meeting room credits.
  • 1 credit equals one hour of meeting room usage.
  • All you need to do is go to ‘book space’ on our app or website -> choose the location -> meeting room type (4 seater or 6 seater) -> dates for which you need the meeting room -> the number of hours you require it for.
  • The number of hours booked will get debited from the overall credits.
  • There is no restriction on consumption of credits at one go, subject to availability. You can book a meeting room from one day to multiple as per the package selected, if the room is not previously booked.

Can I transfer meeting room credits?

Meeting Room credits thus purchased can be transferred by purchaser to other users who are registered on the Awfis App. Users within same company can transfer credits among each other, as well.

Can I use Video Conferencing in meeting rooms?

Video Conferencing is unavailable as a part of the Bulk Meeting Hours solution however, you can book the same separately, at the centre where you are housed, basis availability. Our on-site community managers can help you block the VC, if you have a requirement.
